Special Event Rentals
How many units am I going to need?
We recommend one portable restroom for every one hundred people for a four hour event. If lots of liquids are being served then we would recommend two units for the same four hour event with one hundred people.
- One portable restroom unit for 1-10 people.
- Two portable restroom units for 11-20 people.
- Three portable restroom units for 21-30 people.
- Four portable restroom units for 31-40 people.
- Add one additional unit for every ten people.
What are the minimum rental requirements?
- Special events - One to seven day rental period
- Weekend rentals are delivered on Fridays and picked up on Mondays (excluding holiday schedules)
How far in advance do I need to reserve my unit or trailer?
Our Elite Unit and Executive Trailers are top of the line and tend to book up quickly. With this in mind, please let us know of your need ASAP. We understand that things come up. We are flexible! Just give us a call!
Will my unit or trailer be restocked if I’m having an all-day, weekend, or week-long event?
Of Course! We can offer an onsite, professionally uniformed attendant who will clean, maintain and restock the facilities for the duration of the event
What services are included in the cost? And will there be additional fees?
Our prices for our line of trailers include all set up fees including delivery and pick up. Additional fees may apply if the location is more than 50 miles from us or if an attendant is requested. For weekend events, we deliver on Fridays and pick up on Mondays. If your unit must be delivered on a Saturday and/or picked up on a Sunday, additional fees may apply.
How will I know what time my unit or trailer will arrive?
You will receive a call one-and-a-half hours before delivery. You will also receive a confirmation call the day before your scheduled delivery date.
When do I pay for my unit or trailer?
If you book one of our trailers, we would require a 50% reservation deposit with the balance due upon delivery. If you book any of our single units, payment will be due C.O.D or you may choose to pay with a credit card when you place the order.
What if I want to see the unit or trailer in person?
All you have to do is call our office and speak to a representative and tell them you would like to view our units or trailers. We will work with you to schedule an appointment for you to come view our top of the line products!

What are the minimum rental requirements?
Two month minimum rental for Construction
Are there standard fees for the various restroom units?
Yes, rates may vary according to quantity and type of unit.
How far in advance do I need to reserve my unit or trailer?
It’s a good idea to call as far in advance as possible. Delivery days are usually Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. However, we understand you’re busy, so we will try to work within your schedule. Just give us a call (or fill out the online contact form)!
What services are included in the cost?
Your unit arrives with all the necessities plus weekly cleaning service and restocking is included in the cost of the unit.
How will I know what time my unit or trailer will arrive?
You will receive a call one to one-and-a-half hours before delivery. Someone will need to be on site to let us know where the unit is to be placed, and to sign off on our paperwork. If no one can be on the site for delivery, please contact our office to make other arrangements. Remember, we will always work with you!
When do I pay for my unit or trailer?
If you are a new customer; the first delivery we make to you will need to be C.O.D or charged to a credit card. After that, you may choose to go on our 28 day billing cycle.

A Project site can be a dirty place, doesn’t mean your portable restroom should be. We take pride in providing clean and updated units to all of our customers.
